I'm wondering when can this problem being fixed for permanent?
It's so painful I can promise you
It has been three years since I experienced this
For the very first time, it took me about three weeks to fully recover.
After that, I have to halt myself from participating in any sports.

Once when I carried a big luggage downstairs, skipped a few steps and yeah, tulang lari.
and TWICE ! when I ran frantically away from cockroaches * like da aaa~ *
And now, I was just standing up and the joint run again ='(.
So sad. So sad. So sad.

But I just googled it so need to practice these afterwards. Tsk tsk T.T

But ! I have to bear in mind that this is one of the nikmat given to me and I'm not using it wisely
